As Needed Fall-Out Slot Coordination for Aircrew & Aviation-Related Training Classes (A3OV) MAJCOM level Training Request Quota Identifier (TRQI) POC for aviation related training (aircrew, Aero phys, Aircrew Flight Equipment, etc.).  As pop-up aviation related (e.g. Advanced Instrument School, SERE, etc.) arise from the AFELMs or AFDW direct units due to changing, emerging, or unique situations work to secure out-of-cycle class seat slots.   
Command Functional Manager for Career Enlisted Aviators (A3OV) Serves as MAJCOM authority for all Career Enlisted Aviators. Responsible for manpower, manning, and force development of Career Enlisted Aviators assigned (directly or administratively [AFELMs]) under AFDW.
Oversight & Support for Operations Functional Awards & Decorations (A3OV) Oversee the call for nominations, boarding, and submission to HAF for all "A3" type functional annual awards.  Support is provided to all personnel/units assigned (directly or administratively [AFELMs]) who do not have their own authorized direct path for submission to HAF (e.g. USAFA).  Additionally, manage approved profiles and positions for the Aerial Achievement, Combat Readiness and Air Medal.
Provides MAJCOM Authority services for Aviation, Aircrew, & Aviation Resource Management (A3OV) Serves as MAJCOM authority for all Aviation Resource Management (ARM) requirements that reside at the MAJCOM level per published guidance.  Support is for all flight personnel assigned (directly or administratively [AFELMs]) under AFDW.

Serves as MAJCOM authority for all Career Enlisted Aviators. Responsible for manpower, manning, and force development of Career Enlisted Aviators assigned (directly or administratively [AFELMs]) under AFDW. 
Command Post (1C3) Enlisted Personnel FAM Functions (A3O) Supports the Headquarters, Air Force District of Washington Operations and Plans Directorate through deliberate development of 38 Air Force Elements/Specialized Command and Control Elements (AFELMs/SC2Es) worldwide. Oversees PCS/en-route formal Education and Training, validates and sources AFDW/SC2E 1C3 worldwide deployments, lead coordinator of NATO/Combatant Command 1C3 specialty billets, performs manpower oversight, Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs), site visits and award programs.
