The mission of AFDW 11WG is to deliver worldwide, premier ceremonial honors, mission support, and contingency operations from our Nation's Capital.

Active-Duty Separations Authority Officer/Enlisted in CMS (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team staffs approves or denies separations for officers (O5 and below) and enlisted personnel. 
AF 104 – Service Medal Award Verification (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves AF Service Medal Awards post tours or due to special achievements. 
Air Force Extensions (AF 1411) (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves AF career extension paperwork. 
Air Force Reenlistments (AF 901) (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves AF Reenlistment paperwork for those Airmen looking to perform another tour after their current contract.
Chaplain Services (11 HC) Provides spiritual fitness and leadership advisement to DoD personnel and their families, to include providing resources and referrals for faith specific groups, render invocations for ceremonies, deliver 100% confidential grief counseling and support and spiritual resilience briefings. 
Command Directed Investigations (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander has authority to initiate and execute Command Directed Investigations. Command Directed Investigations are used to gather facts and information about issues such as allegations of misconduct, damage to govt property, potential security breaches, and/or issues with morale or leadership. 
Complaints Resolution Program (11 IG) The IG will work to resolve official complaints submitted to its office through the CRP. Typical problems include administrative investigations, fraud prevention, waste and abuse. 
DoD Skill Bridge Approval (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves requests to enroll in the DoD SkillBridge program. 
Equal Opportunity Program (11 EO) Works to ensure fair treatment and opportunity for everyone in the Air Force, both military and civilian. Some key functions include Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in the workplace, resolving EO complaints, and supporting commanders to implement EO policies and programs within their units. Their services are available to all AF personnel. 
Formal Training RIP Approval (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves Formal Training RIPs for Airmen in HH PASCodes and without an AF Officer with G Series orders in their chain of command. 
Integrated Resiliency (11 IRO) The Integrated Resilience Office (IRO) provides resilience and violence prevention education and training for the total force and for those at heightened risk for violence. The program addresses high risk areas such as suicide, sexual assault, family violence, workplace violence/bullying, and alcohol abuse/misuse prevention. The IRO oversees annual suicide prevention training, suicide/suicide attempts postvention commander guidance, command climate assessment process to include the DEOCS, wingmen intervention training (IWIT), the master resiliency program (MRT/RTA) to include tactical pauses, community action team and board (CAT/CAB), development and execution of Comprehensive Integrated Prevention Plan (CIPP), and prevention awareness month coordination. 
Letter of Counseling/Admonition/Reprimand (LOCAR) (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team can work with commanders or leaders of AF members to use the LOC/A/R tool. The LOC/A/R tool is designed to assist with writing disciplinary letters to address performance or conduct issues with Airmen. 
Nonjudicial Punishment (NJP)/Unfavorable Information File (UIF) (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander is the G-Series commander for Airmen with HH PASCodes and without an AF Officer with G Series orders in the chain of command. As such, they maintain Unfavorable Information Files for these Airmen and can also serve non judicial punishments for misconduct such as a LOC, LOR, and/or LOA.
OCONUS Leave Approval (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander approves OCONUS leave requests for those Airmen belonging to a HH PASCode and without a commander.
Pay Inquiries (11 CPTS) Will assist military and DoD civilian personnel to resolve issues with their duty pay.  
Permissive Leave Approval (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander approves permissive leave requests for those Airmen belonging to a HH PASCode and without a commander. 
Religious Accommodations (11 HC) Accommodate religious practices as requested for sincerely held beliefs (DoDI 1300.17)
Retirements (O-5 and below) (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves AF Retirement paperwork for AF members that are O-5 and below. 
Sexual Assault Prevention & Response (11 SAPR) Works through specially trained Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs) and SAPR Victim Advocates (VAs) to prioritize victim support and a confidential reporting process, working with unit commanders to create a culture that prevents sexual assault. SARCs provide confidential support, information on reporting options (restricted or unrestricted), and help navigate the medical and legal aspects of the situation. VAs advocate for the victim's needs and well-being. They offer emotional support, safety planning, and help connect victims with appropriate resources. Their services are available to all AF personnel.
Special Duty Assignment Pay (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves AF Reenlistment paperwork. 
Staff Judge Advocate (11 JA) Provides support and advice/guidance to the commands, leaders, and supervisors. Have primary responsibility for executing UCMJ actions for personnel identified in AFPD 51-2 and -5. Also provides some personal legal assistance in areas such as family law, consumer issues, and personal financial matters. 
Terminal Leave Approval (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander approves terminal leave requests for those Airmen belonging to a HH PASCode and without a commander. 
Uniform Code of Military Justice Actions (Punishments) (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander serves as the actioning Commander for UCMJ actions for Airmen with HH PASCodes and without an AF Officer with G Series orders in their chain of command. 
Wounded Warrior Program (811 FSS) The 811 FSS Commander works with the AF Wounded Warrior program to assist members transition out of the Air Force who are enrolled in the AF Wounded Warrior Program. 
Awards & Decorations (11 FSS) Services Air Force members with a PASCODE prefix of "BP". Provides assignment notification, drafts PCS orders, ensures all requirements are met to PCS, out-processes member. If member has servicing CSS, the MPF will work with the CSS to ensure PCS actions are completed. Org box- 11FSS.JBABMPF.CDAssignments@us.af.mil
Dental Services (316 MDS) Provide EFMP information for those Air Force members in the National Capital Region; for those in BP PAS codes or NCR that do not belong to AF unit, serve as EFMP manager for those enrolled in the program.
Deployment Readiness (316 MDS) Provides medical healthcare to active-duty members or reservists on active-duty orders. Call 888-999-1212 for appointments.
Deployments (11 LRS) Provides Deliberate Development and Training to the AFDW worldwide customers. Training is executed on the third Tuesday of each month at 1030 (EST). Advertisements are distributed by email to all AFDW Staff and supporting units two weeks prior to the event. Topics vary each month and listed on the AFDW University website, https://www.afdw.af.mil/AFDW-University/Training/Total-Force/. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
Drug Demand Reduction Program (11 DDR) DDRP works to prevent drug use through education and awareness campaigns, while also detecting and deterring drug use through random testing and treatment options. DDRP centers exist at the Pentagon and JBAB for those personnel tasked with providing samples. 
Exceptional Family Member Program (11 FSS) Assists members and their dependents to obtain DoD ID cards such as Common Access Cards and Dependent IDs. Executes DEERS updates for DoD personnel. Assists members to obtain 1172 dependent verification documentation. Provides CAC pin resets as required. Does not provide IDs for dependents of DoD civilian workers. Family Readiness Services (11 FSS) For Air Force members assigned to a PASCODE with the "BP" prefix and who do not have a servicing CSS, we update milpds and submit decorations to AFPC for inclusion into the member's record. We assist with a wide range of awards such as joint service awards, foreign awards and standard Air Force awards. Org box - 11FSS.JBABMPFForce.Management@us.af.mil
ID Cards (11 FSS) Provides in processing and out-processing personnel updates for all Air Force members assigned to a PASCODE with the "BP" prefix and who do not have a servicing CSS. In Processing & Out Processing (11 FSS) Services Air Force members with a PASCODE prefix of "BP" and "HH". Works in conjunction with the IDRC to support deployment requirements, including dog tag issuance and CED orders creation for military and civilian members. Information Security (11 IP) Track and manage the safeguarding of DoD sensitive information and access to protected systems. 
Inspections & Exercises (11 IG) Provides independent assessments and reports on the overall readiness, economy, efficiency, and state of discipline.

Medical Services (316 MDS) For those in the NCR region, acts as a one-stop shop for Air Force families. They provide support programs, resources, and workshops to help families cope with deployments, relocations, and other challenges of military life, promoting overall well-being and a smooth transition between duty stations.
Military In Processing & Out Processing (11 CPTS) For Airmen in processing into non Air Force units in the National Capital Region, the 11CPTS, with servicing centers both in the Pentagon and on JBAB, will be the servicing comptroller. 
Military Separations & Retirements (11 CPTS) For Airmen in the National Capital Region and at non Air Force units, the 11 CPTS, with servicing centers both in the Pentagon and on JBAB, will be the servicing comptroller for retirements and separations. 
Patriot Express Air (11 LRS) Facilitates travel reservations for commercial and Patriot Express air for military members, their families, and DoD civilian personnel on PCS, deployment, or Temporary Duty orders.
Personnel Security (11 IP) Assist members with administrative matters for security clearances and access to other sensitive information.
TMO/ Personal Property & Household Goods Shipment (11 LRS) Provides personal property counseling and submits shipment requests. Assists members with Personally Procured Move (PPM) documentation
Occupational Health & Workplace Safety (11 SE) AFOSH program focuses on keeping Airmen and Guardians safe in their workplaces. They achieve this by developing safety policies and procedures, conducting inspections to identify hazards, and providing training to prevent accidents and injuries. Questions on safe workplace issues should be directed to them.
