Chaplain Services (11 HC) |
Provides spiritual fitness and leadership advisement to DoD personnel and their families, to include providing resources and referrals for faith specific groups, render invocations for ceremonies, deliver 100% confidential grief counseling and support and spiritual resilience briefings. |
Command Directed Investigations (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander has authority to initiate and execute Command Directed Investigations. Command Directed Investigations are used to gather facts and information about issues such as allegations of misconduct, damage to govt property, potential security breaches, and/or issues with morale or leadership. |
Complaints Resolution Program (11 IG) |
The IG will work to resolve official complaints submitted to its office through the CRP. Typical problems include administrative investigations, fraud prevention, waste and abuse. |
DoD Skill Bridge Approval (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves requests to enroll in the DoD SkillBridge program. |
Equal Opportunity Program (11 EO) |
Works to ensure fair treatment and opportunity for everyone in the Air Force, both military and civilian. Some key functions include Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in the workplace, resolving EO complaints, and supporting commanders to implement EO policies and programs within their units. Their services are available to all AF personnel. |
Formal Training RIP Approval (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves Formal Training RIPs for Airmen in HH PASCodes and without an AF Officer with G Series orders in their chain of command. |
Integrated Resiliency (11 IRO) |
The Integrated Resilience Office (IRO) provides resilience and violence prevention education and training for the total force and for those at heightened risk for violence. The program addresses high risk areas such as suicide, sexual assault, family violence, workplace violence/bullying, and alcohol abuse/misuse prevention. The IRO oversees annual suicide prevention training, suicide/suicide attempts postvention commander guidance, command climate assessment process to include the DEOCS, wingmen intervention training (IWIT), the master resiliency program (MRT/RTA) to include tactical pauses, community action team and board (CAT/CAB), development and execution of Comprehensive Integrated Prevention Plan (CIPP), and prevention awareness month coordination. |
Letter of Counseling/Admonition/Reprimand (LOCAR) (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander and team can work with commanders or leaders of AF members to use the LOC/A/R tool. The LOC/A/R tool is designed to assist with writing disciplinary letters to address performance or conduct issues with Airmen. |
Nonjudicial Punishment (NJP)/Unfavorable Information File (UIF) (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander is the G-Series commander for Airmen with HH PASCodes and without an AF Officer with G Series orders in the chain of command. As such, they maintain Unfavorable Information Files for these Airmen and can also serve non judicial punishments for misconduct such as a LOC, LOR, and/or LOA. |
OCONUS Leave Approval (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander approves OCONUS leave requests for those Airmen belonging to a HH PASCode and without a commander. |
Pay Inquiries (11 CPTS) |
Will assist military and DoD civilian personnel to resolve issues with their duty pay. |
Permissive Leave Approval (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander approves permissive leave requests for those Airmen belonging to a HH PASCode and without a commander. |
Religious Accommodations (11 HC) |
Accommodate religious practices as requested for sincerely held beliefs (DoDI 1300.17) |
Retirements (O-5 and below) (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves AF Retirement paperwork for AF members that are O-5 and below. |
Sexual Assault Prevention & Response (11 SAPR) |
Works through specially trained Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs) and SAPR Victim Advocates (VAs) to prioritize victim support and a confidential reporting process, working with unit commanders to create a culture that prevents sexual assault. SARCs provide confidential support, information on reporting options (restricted or unrestricted), and help navigate the medical and legal aspects of the situation. VAs advocate for the victim's needs and well-being. They offer emotional support, safety planning, and help connect victims with appropriate resources. Their services are available to all AF personnel. |
Special Duty Assignment Pay (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander and team processes and approves AF Reenlistment paperwork. |
Staff Judge Advocate (11 JA) |
Provides support and advice/guidance to the commands, leaders, and supervisors. Have primary responsibility for executing UCMJ actions for personnel identified in AFPD 51-2 and -5. Also provides some personal legal assistance in areas such as family law, consumer issues, and personal financial matters. |
Terminal Leave Approval (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander approves terminal leave requests for those Airmen belonging to a HH PASCode and without a commander. |
Uniform Code of Military Justice Actions (Punishments) (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander serves as the actioning Commander for UCMJ actions for Airmen with HH PASCodes and without an AF Officer with G Series orders in their chain of command. |
Wounded Warrior Program (811 FSS) |
The 811 FSS Commander works with the AF Wounded Warrior program to assist members transition out of the Air Force who are enrolled in the AF Wounded Warrior Program. |
