HC Mission Statement

The mission of AFDW/HC is to inspire readiness of Airmen, Guardians, and their families through religious accommodation, spiritual fitness, and leadership advisement.

Functional Oversight of AFDW Chaplain Corps Personnel Command Chaplain and SEL represent AFDW aligned Chaplain Corps Peronnel at functional  Developmental Teams, Boards, Councils and Summits. Subordinate echelons work through AFDW/HC for HHQ functional engagement such as assignments and manpower issues.
Policy, Guidance, & Oversight for HC Command Chaplain and SEL advise HHQ regarding AFDW distinctives for policy and guidance. AFDW/HC ensures dissemination, clarification, and execution of policy at subordinate echelons. AFDW/HC executes funtional roles for Worldwide mission entities such as religious accommodation requests and Chaplain Corps support as needed and available.
