ACC SWORD LOOK/BEARER/FORGE (A1KF) ACC courses are designed to provide attendees with ACC Senior Leader, Civilian, and Enlisted perspectives, professional development, and a more in-depth understanding of the ACC mission. These courses are offered twice a year each and conducted in-person at the Creech Conference Center (located on Langley AFB). All three courses are selective and boarded by AFDW. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
AF Advisor Signature (OPRS) (A1KK) The AF Advisor is responsible for review and signing OPBs for officers assigned to  AFELMS and FOAs or Federal Agencies and the final evaluator is not an AF officer or Department of the Air Force official.
AF PAAS (A1KR) Assists/monitors personnel accountability for real world and exercise events 
AFDW A1 External Training Program (A1KF) Provides Deliberate Development and Training to the AFDW worldwide customers. Training is executed on the third Tuesday of each month at 1030 (EST). Advertisements are distributed by email to all AFDW Staff and supporting units two weeks prior to the event. Topics vary each month and listed on the AFDW University website, https://www.afdw.af.mil/AFDW-University/Training/Total-Force/. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
AFPC Sq CC SEL Crs (A1KF) The AFPC Squadron Commander and Senior Enlisted Leader course is designed for sitting Commander/Directors/SEL's or those who have been matched with a unit and projected to be in place within 6 months. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
AFROTC - Oversite (A1L) As per DAFI/DAFMAN/Program Guidance, we process certain actions for those not assigned to a traditional MAJCOM. 
Attache Duty - Oversite (A1L) As per DAFI/DAFMAN/Program Guidance, we process certain actions for those not assigned to a traditional MAJCOM. 
Awards & Decorations (A1KK) Air Force Commendation Medal (AFCM), Meritorious Service Medal (MSM), Aerial Achievement Medal (AAM), and the Air Force Achievement Medal (AFAM) decorations are processed using MyDec 2.0, with the exception of DSM and LOM, which are processed directly via e-mail routing. Personnel assigned to FOAs/AFELMs should contact AFDW/A1K or A1L for specific MyDec instructions Decorations for officer personnel who are Lt Col & below and enlisted personnel who are SMSgt & below assigned to FOAs/AFELMs are processed through AFDW/A1K.
CDE/CSLP/ESEP(A1KF) The Civilian Development (CD) portfolio has been expanded from three to five categories of Civilian Development: Professional Military Education (PME), Academic, Fellowship, Experiential Assignment/Program, Leadership Seminars/Short Courses. The development and leadership programs offered through Civilian Development (CD) are mapped to the Department of the Air Force's (DAF's) institutional competencies, which are key to ensuring all Airmen and Guardians can operate successfully in a constantly changing environment. These competencies span all occupations, functions, and organizational levels and support the development of today and tomorrow's DAF leaders. CD consists of short and long term leadership training programs. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.

CMS - Support (A1KS) Oversight fhe AFDW PersPay Cases and migration prep for new USAF System builds
CSAF/CSO PhD Program (A1KF) The Chief of Staff of the Air Force and the Chief of Space Operations sponsors opportunities for three Airmen and one Guardian to obtain a PhD in varied fields of study each year from top-tier civilian universities as a foundational step in their long-term development as strategic, competitive, and diverse thinkers and leaders. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
Developmental Special Duty (DSD) (A1KK) Nominative enlisted assignment program that occurs twice per year that gives commanders, through their respective MAJCOM, the authority to nominate Airman and deliberately influence a developmental career path. (Positions include MTI, MTL, PME Instructor and Recruiter)

Enlisted-to-AFIT (A1KF) The Enlisted-to-AFIT program is a unique element of enlisted professional development. AFIT is a component of Air University and Air Education & Training Command. It is committed to providing innovative defense-focused graduate education and related research, and operationally-relevant professional continuing education, to sustain the technological supremacy of America's air, space, and cyber forces. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.

Foreign Award Approval (A1KK) Foreign Decorations are reviewed and routed through A1K. If approved, an Endorsement Memorandum is signed by the A1 Director. The memorandum is sent to ARMS to load the decoration into the member’s record.  
Formal Training (A1KF) Every Enlisted and Officer career path within the Air Force begins with military training. Courses are scheduled with a designated Training Line Number (TLN) through the TRQI. Civilian Training requests are reviewed and approved or disapproved according to statutory, legal, and administrative requirements, regardless of funding source. Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Program (A1Z) As per DAFI/DAFMAN/Program Guidance, we process certain actions for those not assigned to a traditional MAJCOM. 
SF-182 (A1KF) Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of training form used for Civilian and Military personnel requesting off-the-shelf training and to document all Civilian Training that incurs cost to attend training (to include virtual courses). Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
SLECP/A/O (A1KF) SLECP-O allows designated Air Force Senior Leaders to directly select exceptionally performing, highly talented enlisted Airmen (all ranks, not just senior enlisted grades) for commissioning through Officer Training School (OTS). The Senior Leader Enlisted Commissioning Program allows designated Air and Space Force Senior Leaders (SL) to directly select exceptionally performing, highly talented enlisted Airmen (all ranks, not just senior enlisted grades) for commissioning through Officer Training School (OTS). Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
SOAR (A1KF) Scholarships for Outstanding Airmen to Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (SOAR) is an enlisted commissioning program for active-duty enlisted Airmen who do not have a bachelor's degree. Airmen selected for SOAR will separate from active duty and attend an accredited college/university with an associated AFROTC Detachment or have a cross-town agreement with a local Detachment. Selectees receive an annual scholarship up to $18K annually for tuition. Students are responsible for costs exceeding the $18K tuition cap. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
Special Duty Assignment (STARNOM/CAPNOM) (A1KK) Nominative enlisted/officer assignment program to work STARNOM positions (aide to the Vice President of the United States and the President of the United States) and CAPNOM positions (which have direct contact with the White House, Office of the Secretary of Defense, or the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force). 
Special Trophies & Awards (A1KK) Special trophies and awards are governed by Department of the Air Force Manual 36-2806, Military Awards: Criteria and Procedures, Commanders at all levels can actively advertise nomination procedures for special trophies and awards. They may establish special trophies and awards programs to recognize military and civilian members and units or organizations. Include such recognition programs in appropriate base supplements
Stripes for Exceptional Performers (A1KK) Each calendar year, a limited number of enlisted Air Force personnel with exceptional potential may be promoted to the grades of Staff Sergeant (SSgt) and Technical Sergeant (TSgt) under the STEP program. MAJCOM, Field Operating Agency (FOA), Direct Reporting Unit (DRU) commanders, and senior Air Force officers with large enlisted populations are authorized to select a limited number of Airmen with exceptional potential for promotion to the grades of SSgt and TSgt. A1K is responsible for conducting boards for both AFDW and AFELM.

SOAR (A1KF) Scholarships for Outstanding Airmen to Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (SOAR) is an enlisted commissioning program for active-duty enlisted Airmen who do not have a bachelor's degree. Airmen selected for SOAR will separate from active duty and attend an accredited college/university with an associated AFROTC Detachment or have a cross-town agreement with a local Detachment. Selectees receive an annual scholarship up to $18K annually for tuition. Students are responsible for costs exceeding the $18K tuition cap. Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Program (A1Z) As per DAFI/DAFMAN/Program Guidance, we process certain actions for those not assigned to a traditional MAJCOM. 
SF-182 (A1KF) Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of training form used for Civilian and Military personnel requesting off-the-shelf training and to document all Civilian Training that incurs cost to attend training (to include virtual courses). Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
SLECP/A/O (A1KF) SLECP-O allows designated Air Force Senior Leaders to directly select exceptionally performing, highly talented enlisted Airmen (all ranks, not just senior enlisted grades) for commissioning through Officer Training School (OTS). The Senior Leader Enlisted Commissioning Program allows designated Air and Space Force Senior Leaders (SL) to directly select exceptionally performing, highly talented enlisted Airmen (all ranks, not just senior enlisted grades) for commissioning through Officer Training School (OTS). Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
SOAR (A1KF) Scholarships for Outstanding Airmen to Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (SOAR) is an enlisted commissioning program for active-duty enlisted Airmen who do not have a bachelor's degree. Airmen selected for SOAR will separate from active duty and attend an accredited college/university with an associated AFROTC Detachment or have a cross-town agreement with a local Detachment. Selectees receive an annual scholarship up to $18K annually for tuition. Students are responsible for costs exceeding the $18K tuition cap. Upon receipt of program, daily man-hours are devoted until final actions to close.
Special Duty Assignment (STARNOM/CAPNOM) (A1KK) Nominative enlisted/officer assignment program to work STARNOM positions (aide to the Vice President of the United States and the President of the United States) and CAPNOM positions (which have direct contact with the White House, Office of the Secretary of Defense, or the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force). 
Special Trophies & Awards (A1KK) Special trophies and awards are governed by Department of the Air Force Manual 36-2806, Military Awards: Criteria and Procedures, Commanders at all levels can actively advertise nomination procedures for special trophies and awards. They may establish special trophies and awards programs to recognize military and civilian members and units or organizations. Include such recognition programs in appropriate base supplements
Stripes for Exceptional Performers (A1KK) Each calendar year, a limited number of enlisted Air Force personnel with exceptional potential may be promoted to the grades of Staff Sergeant (SSgt) and Technical Sergeant (TSgt) under the STEP program. MAJCOM, Field Operating Agency (FOA), Direct Reporting Unit (DRU) commanders, and senior Air Force officers with large enlisted populations are authorized to select a limited number of Airmen with exceptional potential for promotion to the grades of SSgt and TSgt. A1K is responsible for conducting boards for both AFDW and AFELM.
