Discrimination Complaint Program Point of contact for discrimination complaints that AFDW/CC has GCMCA, including but not limited to joint environments. Tracks and maintains sexual harassment complaint notifications.
Equal Opportunity Training Program Disseminates marketing and training materials for easy access to WW customers.  Advocates and ensures slots for mandatory Equal Opportunity training.  Subject Matter Expert provides interpretation of policy, direction and guidance on Equal Opportunity.
Negotiated Dispute Resolution Manager Secures mediators for WW customers when dispute resolution is applicable.   Facilitates mediation services.  Advocates and ensures seats for mandatory Negotiated Dispute Resolution training.  Certifies Negotiated Dispute Resolution Activity for HHQ reporting.
