40-years of service recognized
Maj. Gen. Ralph Jodice, Air Force District of Washington commander, pins a 40-year federal career service pin onto the lapel of Norma Lapchak, civilian pay technician since 2001 for the 11th Comptroller Squadron during a brief ceremony at Bolling Air Force Base Nov. 12. Eligibility for career service recognition is based on total years of federal service, including all honorable military service.
