Fitness essential to 316 CES EOD team success
Staff Sgt. Michael Dove, 316th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technician, more than 400 pounds during a “dead lift” exercise in the weight room at the West Fitness Center on Joint Base Andrews, Md., March 18, 2010.
