Capital Wingman Culture treats Fisher House Family to VIP Tops in Blue experience

Air Force District of Washington Deputy Director of Staff Marsha Johnson (second from right) escorted Pat, Jennifer, and Tom Campbell to the Tops in Blue concert on Joint Base Andrews, Md. Aug. 6. The Campbell family was staying at the Andrews Fisher House while Jennifer receives specialized medical care in the local area. The Fisher House program is a unique private-public partnership that supports America's military through a program that enables family members to be close to a loved one during hospitalization or treatment for illness, disease or injury. AFDW leadership provided a VIP experience to the family by escorting them to front-row seats at the concert as part of AFDW's Capital Wingman Culture program, which promotes a culture of giving and taking care of one another year round.
