Air Force Strings perform at National Museum of American History Published June 12, 2015 By Staff Sergeant Matt Davis Air Force District of Washington Public Affairs Washington, D.C. -- The Air Force Strings perform for an audience at the National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C., June 11, 2015. The United States Air Force Band performs free concerts at several venues in the National Capitol Region throughout the summer. A variety of ensembles perform each week. Audiences who attend will see performances by the U.S. Air Force Concert Band and Singing Sergeants, Max Impact, Airmen of Note, Celtic Aire and the Air Force Strings. The performances are part of the Air Force Band's Summer Concert series. Outdoor concerts are subject to cancelation due to inclement weather.
