Description:

A new training opportunity specifically designed for civilian supervisors of military personnel. 

Who should attend?

This training is open to all personnel in supervisory positions, but it is highly recommended for civilian employees who supervise one or more military members. Note: completing this training does not negate the statutory requirement to complete the federally mandated Air Force supervisory, managerial, and leadership development courses, per 5 U.S.C. 9902 and Title 5, Code of Federal Regulation 412.201 as well as DoD, OPM Manager and Supervisory framework requirements provided by Air University (MAFHRMS416).

Why attend?

The course will equip supervisors with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively lead and support military personnel. Topics and standards aligned with programs uniquely specific to military members that are essential for successful supervision will be addressed.
