The Air Force Outreach Division is excited to help you with the coordination of your next event.

  • The Air Force Aerial Support program provides operational support for eligible events from airshows to professional sporting events.
  • The Air Force Bands program offers a variety of entertainment options for your event, ranging from large ceremonial bands to smaller ensembles.
  • Air Force Speakers offer the American people, young and old, the opportunity to hear what it's like to be an Airman and understand why Airmen proudly serve this country.
  • The U.S. Air Force Honor Guard participates in many different types of events and may be available for yours.
  • The Marketing & Branding Division also falls under Air Force Outreach and coordinates all Air Force support of commercial motion pictures, television programs, documentaries, and other productions.

Mission

AFDW Keynote Speakers program matches senior Air Force leaders with interested audiences in an effort to foster understanding of the Air Force mission, capabilities, and relevance to national security.

The program offers a diverse group of leaders available to speak at local ceremonies, organizational clubs and venues, and civic outreach events. The Keynote Speakers of AFDW offer expertise, leadership guidance, and insight about Air Force current events to the community members of the National Capital Region.

How to Make a Request

To request an AFDW Keynote Speaker:

Things to remember:

  • Allow five to seven business days from when a fully completed questionnaire is submitted for confirmation to support an event
  • Ensure the questionnaire is filled in as completely as possible
  • When requesting your speaker, please review all the available senior leader speakers and consider the specialties which may relate to the audience
