Heritage to Horizons

Air Force District of Washington Commander Maj. Gen. Ricky N. Rupp, and his wife, Charlotte, attended the U.S. Air Force Band’s latest Heritage to Horizons performance at the Air Force Memorial July 26. The recurring ceremonial event features a unique set of themed concerts with events scheduled to occur monthly through August. Heritage to Horizons concerts showcase the rich history of the Air Force with impeccable demonstrations by the Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team as well as world-class music, featuring musicians from the Airmen of Note, Max Impact, Strolling Strings, Singing Sergeants, and the Ceremonial Brass Drum Line. These unique, family-friendly, and always free performances connect America with Airmen, strengthen esprit-de-corps, and build partnerships.
