Branford Marsalis joins in for Jazz Heritage
Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Burns, Airmen of Note flight chief and trumpeter, give thanks at the conclusion of the Jazz Heritage Series, performed by Airmen of Note. Jazz legend Branford Marsalis was the final guest for series put on April 5 by Airmen of Note at the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center on Northern Virginia Community College’s Alexandria campus. Each month, The Air Force Band's premiere jazz ensemble welcomes a jazz artist to sit in with the troupe and bring a unique concert opportunity to the public. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt.
