USAF celebrates 70th birthday with military tattoo

Several hundred members of the Department of the Defense and their families attended the U.S. Air Force Tattoo that commemorated the branch's 75th birthday Sept. 14, 2017 at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C. The historic, multi-demonstration event of military pomp and ceremony was hosted by the Secretary of the Air Force, Heather A. Wilson, and the Air Force Chief of Staff, David L. Goldfein.
