Ms. Annette Bonaro, Air Force District of Washington unit deployment manager, outlines detailed packing procedures to the Air Force District of Washington volunteers who put together 18 care packages for AFDW deployed members September 21, 2015 on Joint Base Andrews, Md. The packages were filled with snacks and decorations to celebrate the Thanksgiving and Halloween holidays away from home. This was the 23rd shipment from AFDW’s Care Package Central since 2009.
