AFDW Commander welcomes Pacific Air Chiefs
Air Force District of Washington Commander Maj. Gen. Darryl Burke greets Air Marshal Gavin Davies, Chief of the Royal Australian Air Force, along with other Air Force leaders from the Pacific region on Joint Base Andrews, Md., Sep. 13. The leaders are visiting as part of the Pacific Air Chiefs’ Symposium, one of the Air Force's multilateral engagement opportunities used to build relationships with Pacific countries and to enhance theater security cooperation. The Air Force District of Washington brings air, space and cyberspace capabilities to the joint team protecting the nation's capital, and supports local personnel and those serving worldwide.
