Operation Cookie Drop
Cain Delphine, Smart Building event planner, carries out two cases of Girl Scout Cookies during Operation Cookie Drop at the Jones Building on Joint Base Andrews, Md., June 16. Thousands of boxes were donated to JBA service members and their families by Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson Council. This is the second year JBA has received donations.
