Marines host Joint PME Course
Sgt. Jerald Scandrett, Marine Transport Squadron Andrews’ administration chief, instructs students on the proper movements of a guidon during sword and guidon training at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Oct. 9, 2014. The students are from three different units; MTSA, Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 452, and the Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 1.
