Airmen welcome Brazilian air chief

Capt. Capt. David A. Alpar leads Airmen from the U.S. Air Force Band’s Ceremonial Brass through a performance during a full-honors arrival ceremony in honor of Brazil at the Air Force Memorial in Washington, D.C., Aug. 19, 2014. The bandsmen preformed the U.S. and Brazilian national anthems during the ceremony.
