New AFDW/CC: Renewed focus on mission, priorities, people

Then-2nd Lt. Darryl Burke receives his first salute as a newly-commissioned officer from his father, Master Sgt. Billy Ray Burke, in 1983. Burke was commissioned as a distinguished graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps program from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Fla.
