Senior Airman Jarrod Miller, 11th Civil Engineer Squadron, attaches flags to the street lights along Brookley Avenue on Bolling July 2 in preparation of the Independence Day celebration on base. The 11th Services Division will be hosting its annual Freedom Fest and Spirit of Services celebrations. The event kicks-off July 4 at 3 p.m. at Bolling Green Park, which will end about 9 p.m. with viewing of fireworks over the nation’s capital. For more information, call (202) 767-1371.
