Wreath lying honors fallen Doolittle Raider
Surviving Doolittle Raider Richard Cole, Gen. William M. Fraser III, U.S. Air Force vice chief of staff, and the United States Air Force Honor Guard render honors during the playing of TAPS at a wreath-laying ceremony at the U.S. Air Force Memorial in Arlington, Va. The wreath was laid near the Missing Man Wall in honor of Maj. Gen.
