Pre-Landing decontamination
Pentagon Force Protection sprays down a contaminated parking lot in an effort to measure water’s mitigating effect on settled biological simulant. The agents were part of 18 different state and federal agencies assisting the Pentagon Force Protection Agency in an Operational Response Test that took place July 11 on the Pentagon Reservation. The test was designed to provide first responders with information on the best methods to decontaminate people following a biological attack.
