Brookley Avenue closes for two weeks

A contractor places road cones in front of the traffic barriers on Brookley Avenue near the base gym Feb. 23. Traffic flow on Brookley Avenue from McChord Street to the north end of Hangar 1 will be interrupted through March 22 for the installation of new underground chilled-water lines. Brookley will be completely closed to traffic for two weeks. Detours will be posted. Access to the fitness center and all facilities along Brookley Avenue will be maintained.
