CBRN response force

Staff Sgt. Parker Stade observes as Airman 1st Class Eric Reist and Staff Sgt. Charlotte Robinson sample an unknown liquid from a bottle at a simulated deployment location as part of an Air Force District of Washington CBRNE Response Force team. The team trained at the Center for National Response in Gallagher, W.Va., Mar. 25, 2010. The Response Force is made up of personnel from the 316th Wing, 79th Medical Wing and 11th Wing. It is a force that combines Bio-environmental Engineers, Civil Engineering Readiness and Emergency Management and Fire Emergency services to respond to emergency situations on AFDW installations and possibly in the National Capital Region.
