President of Kazakhstan lands at Andrews

The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, is greeted by Col. Charles F. Spencer Jr., 89th Airlift Wing vice commander, on the flight line at Joint Base Andrews, Md., April 10, 2010, on his way to the Nuclear Security Summit hosted by President Barack Obama in Washington, D.C., which is slated for Monday and Tuesday.
