USO Opening

JOINT BASE ANDREWS, MD.-Colonel Jacqueline Van Ovost, 89 AW commander, Ms. Elaine B. Rogers (left), USO of metropolitan Washington president, and Mr. John Marselle (center), chairman of the board for the USO, cut the ribbon for the opening ceremonies at the passenger terminal here on 9 June 2010.
