Street Smart educates Joint Base Andrews members
JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Joseph McCluan, assistant director of Florida Safe Inc., talks about what could happen to someone when they do not make smart driving decisions during a “Street Smart” briefing, while Airman Jonathan Chapman, 316th Wing judge advocates office general law paralegal, simulates an injured person at Joint Base Andrews on Monday. Mr. McCluan and his partner Scott McIntyre are firefighters from Florida who travel all over the world speaking to people about making smart decisions when it comes to driving and riding in a car.
