Staff Sgt. Means STEP promotion

Air Force District of Washington Commander Maj. Gen. Darrell Jones and Command Chief Master Sgt. Pat Battenberg STEP promote Staff Sgt, Jamice Means of AFDW CCK to technical sergeant. The promotion is effective immediately upon announcement and was performed officially as part of the weekly staff meeting. General Jones and Chief Battenberg later "punched" the new stripes on sergeant means in the general's office on Joint Base Andrews-NAF Washington Dec. 6, 2010. Sergeant Means distinguished herself as superintendant of AFDW's knowledge operations section.
