Elizabeth H. Jones, daughter of Col. William A. Jones III, speaks at the dedication of a building named for her father on Joint Base Andrews, March 22, 2011. The new William A. Jones III building is constructed of more than 20 percent recycled material and features storm water recycling systems and green roofing which will help make the infrastructure energy efficient, saving the Air Force 44.7 percent annually on energy costs compared to the offices it replaces. Colonel Jones received the Medal of Honor for providing the exact location of a downed pilot before seeking medical treatment for himself during the Vietnam War.
