Malcolm Grow Medical Center Re-Designation

Col. Rudolph Cachuela, Commander of the 779th Medical Group, Joint Base Andrews Md., gives opening remarks during a ceremony that designates the Malcolm Grow Medical Center as the Malcolm Grow Medical Clinic.
