David Fish, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations chief enlisted manager, speak during a visit to Dover Air Force Base, Del. Sept. 8. The general visited the center, which serves as the single focal point for all Air Force mortuary affairs and survivor assistance matters under the Deputy Chief of Staff, Manpower, Personnel and Services, Headquarters Air Force.
