U.S. Air Force Ball

A lone table commemorating missing and fallen comrades sits somberly in the corner during the Air Force Ball celebration Sept. 16, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Washington, D.C. Sept. 18 the Air Force celebrated its 64th birthday. Maj. Gen. Darren McDew, Air Force District of Washington commander, paid respects to all comrades, past and present, during the night's closing comments.
