Colombian Air Force Wreath Laying

Brig. Gen. Del Aire Raul Torrado Alvarez, Colombian Air Force Academy director, presented a wreath at the U.S. Air Force Memorial to honor fallen servicemembers of the U.S. and it's allies Sept. 26, Arlington, Va.
