Air Force District of Washington Chaplain (Col.) David Fitz-Patrick gives the invocation Feb. 3 on Joint Base Andrews, Md., for the retirement of Col. Jeffrey W. Macdonald, AFDW individual mobilization augmentee to the commander. Macdonald served as the focal point in integrating Total Force policies within AFDW and supported and advised the AFDW commander on all issues involving Reserve Affairs.
