WASHINGTON -- Marine Sgt. Angela Palm, Marine Corps Base Quantico sergeants course cyber security specialist, receives a certificate of appreciation from Staff Sgt. Natosha Mansker, Joint Base Andrews 779th Medical Group dental technician, for helping makeover C.W. Harris Elementary School Feb. 4. Military personnel from the National Capitol Region and their families helped by painting hallways and all of the doors, power-washing the exterior, removing grafitti and setting up classrooms.
