Airman 1st Class Raymond Madrigal, 89th Communications Squadron, and Tony Stencil, Air Force Artist, are lifted 50 feet above ground to assess maintenance requirements of a rotatable log periodic antenna March 19 on Joint Base Andrews, Md.
