Black Flag Exercise

The Air Force District of Washington Black Flag Exercise at the Center for National Response in Gallagher W.Va. March 19-30 gave 1st Lt. Gregory Lathbury, 779th Aeromedical Squadron Occupational and Environmental Protection chief, an opportunity to monitor a simulated victim for any signs of radiation during training.
