Firefighters from the 11th Civil Engineer Squadron leverage the concrete slab off a vehicle to save a trapped simulated victim March 28 during the Air Force District of Washington Black Flag Exercise held at the Center for National Response in Gallagher W.Va. "It benefits us a ton, because we don't normally have this type of environment to train.
