U.S. Air Force Assistant Vice Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc speaks during the Air Force District of Washington Capital Airmen Course May 21 at Joint Base Andrews, Md. The general told the audience it is their job to learn the mission and then share it with their Airmen in a way that they can understand and relate. He further challenged the group to look for future leaders in their midst and mold them.
