Air Force District of Washington Commander Maj. Gen. Darren W. McDew and Vice Commander Col. Jeffrey L. Stephenson are lead by U.S. Air Force Honor Guard ceremonial guardsmen to begin Stephenson’s retirement ceremony June 28, 2012 on Joint Base Andrews, Md. Stephenson spent his final year in uniform leading the Airmen of AFDW.
