HQAFDW announces five captains for promotion to O-4

Brandon Stock, HQ AFDW Contracting, upon being selected for promotion to the rank of major, March 27, 2013, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. Dunbar and Stock called their fellow wingman Capt.
