AFDW Capital Airman
Tech. Sgt. Jess McGraw, Headquarters Air Force District of Washington Manpower and Personnel NCO in charge of readiness, is an AFDW Capital Airman. McGraw recently volunteered to be the announcer for his son?s High School football team and took part in a community-wide effort to refurbish a local high school?s baseball field for the 2013 season.
