NCOs see diamonds in near future
NCOs interested in becoming first sergeants attend the 2013 Ultimate First Sergeant Seminar, May 23, 2013, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. "Our goal is to deliberately develop leaders' knowledge on supporting agencies and administrative actions, as well as procedures to enhance units' morale, good order and discipline," said Master Sgt. Gregory Ramacciotti, 11th Comptroller Squadron first sergeant. "In addition, we would like to plant the seed for future first sergeants to replace us and serve in this position of honor."
