779th MDG hosts community meeting Published Aug. 20, 2014 By Kathleen Canfield 779th Medical Support Squadron JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Maryland -- The 779th Medical Group Commander, Col. Thomas Cantilina will host a Health Consumer's Advisory Council meeting Aug. 25 at 1 p.m. The meeting will be held in the 4th floor conference room of the Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center, Building 1050. The entire military community, including retirees and family members, is welcome to attend. The meeting will provide pertinent information regarding new and existing services and programs, to include Pharmacy and TRICARE; and attendees will hear about the transition of obstetric deliveries to Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. The meeting will also offer updates on the ongoing construction of the new Ambulatory Surgery Center and parking garage, as well as what community members can expect throughout the next year.
