Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center will be closed for a Family Day Friday, May 22, and for observance of Memorial Day Monday, May 25.

There will be no scheduled appointments, pharmacy, or laboratory services.

Prescription refills requested before noon May 21 will be available for pickup after noon May 26. Prescription refills requested after noon May 21 will be available for pickup after noon May 27.

The Emergent Care Center will remain open to provide emergency and urgent care services. Urgent Care is defined as care for an illness or injury that requires treatment within 24 hours but is not life threatening. Examples include earache, toothache, rising fever, joint sprain, or urinary tract infection. Visits to civilian urgent care centers require prior authorization from your Primary Care Manager. Failure to do so could result in you incurring the cost for the visit.

Emergency Care is defined as a threat to life, limb or eyesight, such as severe bleeding, chest pain, or broken bones.
