Oct. 27, 2006 -- Thirty-eight Bolling members will be promoted to a higher rank during the 11th Wing's monthly promotion ceremony today in the Washington Dining Room of the Bolling Clubs.
Promotees will be accompanied by their squadron commanders and another guest of choice to assist them during the ceremony. The invited guests help each member don their service coat affixed with their new rank, symbolizing advancement to the next grade.
