Bolling AFB, D. C. -- Congratulations to the 4th Quarter 2006 Air Force District of Washington award winners. The award recipients were announced Feb. 9 at the Bolling Clubs. Military and civilian nominees are selected on the basis of leadership and job performance in primary duties, significant self-improvement, and base and community involvement.
