United States Air Force Band records with guest artists for Veteran's Day broadcast

BOLLING AIR FORCE BASE, D.C. --  The United States Air Force Band performed "America's Veterans - A Musical Tribute" at the Music Center, Strathmore, Bethesda, Md., May 14.

The fourth annual broadcast taping featured Grammy-award winning singer and songwriter Peter Cetera, "American Idol" finalist Melinda Doolittle, the country music band Lonestar, along with several Air Force Band performing groups. Award-winning actor Blair Underwood narrated the event.

The performance will be broadcast on public television stations across the country in November in honor of Veteran's Day.
