August AFDW Commander's Call dates, times changed

ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE, Md. --  Some dates and times for the August Air Force District of Washington Commander's Calls have changed.

The new dates and times are: 

     August 5
        - 10:30-11:30 a.m., Bolling Club, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington D.C.
        - 2:30-3:30 p.m., Library and Conference Center, Pentagon, Arlington, Va.
     
     August 6
       - 1-2 p.m., Community Activity Center, Andrews AFB, Md.

Commander's Calls are hosted by AFDW Commander Maj. Gen. Darrell Jones and are mandatory formations for all military and civilian employees. Contractors should check with their contract managers for information on attending.

All attendees are asked to bring two non-perishable food items to the calls. The food items will be donated as part of AFDW's participation in the "Feds Feed Families" food drive.

Donations collected in the National Capital Region will be given to the Capital Area Food Bank, which serves more than 700 food pantries, soup kitchens and other charitable organizations in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.
